In this era of the internet, digital media, and the unexpectedness of our experiences, I consider painting a reflective surface that could exhibit the complexity of information and concepts we perceive and evokes the strangeness of the visual world. My paintings are networks of fragments and memories, tied by information-carrying and interpersonal connections reminiscent of social interaction and complexities of contemporary life.
